DialogueWORKS^® is a set of communication training products offered by Light Storm Consulting, Inc.. Light Storm Consulting is an organizational development firm located along the Wasatch mountains near Salt Lake City, Utah. Although we choose to reside in the serenity of the mountainous West, our clients and consultants are located throughout North America and other parts of the globe.

Why "Light Storm"?

The idea for "Light Storm" came once when a senior executive was requesting an update from his staff on a previously assigned project. Evidently, no one had taken the assignment seriously. Like ostriches burying their heads in the sand, the team members lowered their heads, dropped their eyes, and never acknowledged his request. Frustrated, he exclaimed, "Could someone please storm some light into this project and illuminate a solution?!

Our graphical representation of this concept depicts bolts of light which crack the dark vault of obscurity and bring greater illumination to the fading (or dimly lit) twilight of understanding. Light Storm is about illuminating vital business solutions.
