DialogueWORKS® offers REAL conversation training that helps participants initiate REAL dialogue that creates results.  Why “REAL”?  Because we often believe we have successfully held the difficult or tough conversation and solved a number of organizational issues and challenges, only to discover that we really haven’t—we just didn’t get results. We learn that we have held “counterfeit conversations” instead.

Over the last 15 years, our courses have helped thousands of participants improve their ability to hold challenging conversations and engage in rigorous critical thinking to solve today’s difficult issues. Each course provides training in the use of dialogue skills, applicable strategies, and best practices for talking and thinking to address the issues that really matter.

Our Executive Previews are intended for those leaders, executives, and organizations that are “checking out” our DialogueWORKS: Collaborating for Results program for their internal use. This program is offered to organizations in a public setting in your local area. Participants attending an Executive Preview learn to:

  • Apply the four essential behaviors of all effective communication.
  • Assess and diagnose their conversational strengths and deficiencies with a self-assessment.
  • Improve ability to provide effective feedback and increase accountability.
  • Defuse emotional reactive situations with others and oneself.
  • Listen actively for the source of emotional reaction.

This program provides an overview of the DialogueWORKS: Collaborating for Results program while teaching a number of practical skills from the full two-day workshop.

MentalWORKS: Thinking for Results training helps participants overcome the personal perceptions and thinking processes that keep them from achieving desired results.
