The free assessments offered on our website are intended to help you improve your communication, thinking, and leadership skills. They will build your awareness of the traits or skills you need to enhance.
In order to access these free resources, you will be asked to provide a few items of personal information. If you wonder why we are asking for this information, you can read our explanation on our Privacy Policy page.
Once you have submitted your information, you will be directed to the self-assessment you requested. Please print the survey, complete the questions, and score your results.
Each self-assessment includes an explanation of how your score can be interpreted. If you feel that you might benefit from the in-depth exploration of these issues provided by our training offerings, you might want to take a look at the courses on our Programs listing.
