Carolyn has over fifteen years of experience in the fields of Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Training. This experience is supported by Bachelor of Science and Masters of Education Degrees as well as GPHR Certification. Carolyn is also a qualified Master Certified Facilitator for Franklin Covey and DDI, Inc. She has been awarded impressive certifications from organizations throughout the United States.

Carolyn possesses a broad knowledge of leadership and organizational development, facilitation and customer service skills, continuous quality and improvement strategies, and union/management partnership procedures. Her strong communication and interpersonal skills are supplemented with exceptional abilities to organize, implement, and coordinate.

She has delivered human resource solutions, organizational development initiatives, and training for City of Bradenton, Florida; US Sugar Corporation; Intermedia Communications, Inc; Morton Plant Mease Health Care; Lockheed Martin Aeronautics; All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida; and Methodist Evangelical Hospital.
