Tina JacksonTina has over 20 years of experience as a consultant, trainer, and coach, and has helped thousands of managers and employees in Fortune 500 companies develop sustainable skills to enhance individual performance and team effectiveness. She leads organizational change initiatives and designs and implements customized interventions ranging from executive coaching to employee training. Tina is a Master Certified Coach and holds the highest level of credentialing available from the International Coach Federation. She specializes in coaching business leaders, managers, and supervisors to increase their potential for future promotions by closing performance gaps, and has gained recognition for her specific expertise in emotional intelligence coaching. As a master trainer, Tina has a strong track record designing and leading dynamic programs in communicating with power and persuasion, coaching and feedback skills, team building, and leading with emotional intelligence. She is co-author of A Practical Guide to Working with Diversity (AMACOM, 1995).
