Kreig Smith is a seasoned practice leader in organization strategy, alignment, and design. He has over 25 years of organization design experience and has worked internally and externally as an organization design professional. His last internal role was with AT&T Capital as the director of Strategic Planning and Organization Design.

Kreig’s experience includes domestic and international redesigns, acquisitions and integrations, enterprise level redesigns, business unit redesigns, functional redesigns, process redesigns and culture change. GE Capital, Honeywell and United Technologies have used Kreig to instruct employees worldwide in designing organizations for growth. His design work also includes three business-to-business internet organizations.

Kreig has also developed Balanced Scorecard Systems at AT&T Capital, WSFS Bank, Secura Insurance, United Parcel Service Capital and the University of Pennsylvania Hospital Systems.

Kreig is recognized as one of the industry’s leading organizational design consultants.
