Dr. Belot is an expert in the fields of Educational Leadership and Organizational Behavior. What contributes to his effectiveness is the practical hands-on experience he brings to any situation. He has been the Founder and President of numerous startup companies.

His experience has led him to design numerous training curricula in sales, marketing strategy, strategic planning, management, leadership, customer service, problem solving, and decision making. He has been on the faculty of three different universities.

Frantz is an accomplished facilitator and teacher with expertise in organizational effectiveness. In Mali, Africa, for instance, he taught villagers basic financial and business skills and helped them to establish a village bank, a bank which the President of the Republic of Mali subsequentloy selected as a prototype for all village banks in the Republic.

Frantz serves as a consultant to high-tech businesses and serves individual clients as an executive coach. He is a very personable and charismatic speaker and enjoys working with people to help them achieve their potential.
