Dave Tippetts

While David has a wide range of organizational consulting and training experience, his two greatest interests are finding new and creative ways of applying technology the human side of business and developing programs for increasing capacity to achieve individual and organizational goals.

David pioneered the use of technology as a tool for supporting training and change initiatives, designing and producing software which helps users apply what they learn in training sessions or personal assessments to their job activities.

David has also designed assessment tools and survey processes for AT&T, Sprint, Bank of America, Motorola, NationsBank, Baptist Health Systems, Sun Micro Systems, and many others.

In the context of the delivery of assessment results, David has provided extensive personal coaching for top executives of Proctor and Gamble, Intel, and Chevron to name a few.

David has the talent for discovering the nuances of organizational dynamics that impact performance. He helps leaders see clearly where they are and what they need to do to improve results.
