Glade Tuckett

During the past 25 years, Glade has consulted with numerous organizations and facilitated leadership development, organizational redesign, performance management, business process reengineering, quality, executive coaching, arbitration, conflict resolution, and change management among some of the nation’s largest companies.

Glade’s practical experience stems from his experience with Rockwell International. He was responsible for executive training and development and for assessing and eliminating barriers to business performance. Interventions included redesign of communications and performance management systems, i.e., performance appeal, development plans, and the strategic planning process.

Since that time, Glade has specialized in organizational redesign and change management. As a part of a consultant team, Glade led a number of organizational change interventions, conducted executive retreats for leadership teams and provided consulting and training services to clients involved in the change process. His clients include IBM, McDonnell Douglas, Microsoft Corporation, Southern California Edison, Saturn, NASA, AT&T and many other mid-size organizations.

He is currently the founding partner of Renaissance Partners, which specializes in helping organizations improve individual, team, and organizational vitality through the principles and process of the 21st Discipline, an organizational redesign and process improvement methodology.
