Jack has worked with Fortune 500 companies in the Telecommunications, Utility, and Airline industries and has been involved in Learning & Development for nearly 25 years.

Jack also has extensive experience in designing content related to performance management tools, culture change processes, and leadership development tools. He has worked with the following companies: America West Airlines, Cox Communications, AGL, Inc., Virgin Atlantic Airways LTD, VisionPoint, Inc., Comcast Cable, and Charter Health Care.

Jack brings expert facilitation and coaching skills along with a creative and energetic approach. He has completed extensive study and certifications in the areas of Dialogue, Coaching & Consulting, Leadership Development, Change Management, Creativity, and Organizational Behavior.

He is also a regular performer in Improvisational theater, a photographer, a published poet and a lifelong learner.
