Mark R. Atkinson

Mark’s career has been oriented around understanding and utilizing the link between strategy, systems, organizational culture, and leadership, and identifying their impact on individual and organizational performance as it relates to change.

Working with companies in countries as diverse as Brazil, Chile, the USA, Sweden, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, he has facilitated and trained groups from many industries and has partnered with executives and senior managers in strategy development and policy deployment in change management.

Mark has been involved in designing, writing, producing, and facilitating both diagnostic and training programs. He has done work with a variety of clients including Lockheed Martin, Ford Motor Company, Monsanto, AT&T, Thomas Cook, Pinnacle Health Systems, Ritz-Carlton Hotels, General Motors, North Limited, Australia’s National Occupational Health & Safety Commission, and the Australia Post.

Mark possesses extraordinary skills in leading change and developing strategic initiatives. He is also a skilled facilitator and teacher.
