Kathy heads our in-house staff in producing all of the training products used by our trainers while facilitating our spectrum of courses. She holds degrees in Education and Language Acquisition, and has worked as an editor in the publications field for over twenty years.

Kathy is one of those rare individuals who truly enjoys English grammar--and even understands it. She takes great pleasure in finding grammar and usage errors in printed materials--other peoples' printed materials, that is. As she is fond of pointing out, one can find a lot of humor in restaurant menus if one can spot the mistakes!
